"Gangnam style is a 2012 k-pop single by Korean musician.it has been highly praised by people all around the world for its humorous, catch rhytm, and its 'super' unusual dance moves in the music video and live performances.

"Gangnam Style has been featured in international media outlets such as wall streets journal, the financial times, and CNN international.

  the music video for the song has gone viral and is considered by some people to be an interested meme. it makes many people obsessed of it and and making them not to be able to stop watching. and it is very surprising if i say that, people can also stand to watch it up to 20 times!. that is "Gangnam Style"!.

  actually, ''Gangnam Style" is a Korean neologism that mainly associated with upscale fashion and lavish lifestyle associated with the Gangnam district  of seoul,where people are trendy,  hip and exude a certain supposed 'class'.it is considered as the most affluent part of the metropolitan area.

  the song talks about ''the perfect girl who knows when to be refined and when to get wild.the song is a satire in south Korea as it is unusual in South Korea music, especially in K-pop, which is known as bubblegum pop.

   The music video of "Gangnam style" shows PSY dancing a comical horse-riding dance and appearing in unexpected locations around the Gangnam district, such as an outdoor yoga session and a hot tub.it feature a ''skewering of the Gangnam image. by this parody would be recognizable to viewers familiar to korean culture.

 MERDEKA....MERDEKA.....MERDEKA.....!!!!!!!!!

Independence Day is a national day of Malaysia commemorating the independence of the Federation of Malaya from British colonial rule in 1957, celebrated on August 31 each year. This year we are celebrating  55th anniversary of merdeka.

 On 31 August 1957, about 20,000 people gathered at Royal Selangor Club Padang in Kuala Lumpur to witnessed the raised of new flag of Malaya. This is the greatest moment in life of Malayan people.

 Our national anthem ‘Negaraku’ was played. This was followed by seven chants of ‘Merdeka’ by the crowd and our first Prime Minister, Tunku Abdul Rahman.

 That was why we are here now, celebrating our 55th anniversary. What are we doing during the celebration?

 That was a lot of thing that we want to do during Independent day. First thing that we do is countdown to 31 August. We were happy to see the colourful firecrackers in the sky. After that, everyone together start to sing our national anthem ‘Negaraku’ .

In the morning on the 31 August, we went to Dataran Merdeka to celebrate. There are a lot of people gather to  celebrate Merdeka together. We are so excited to see all the performance. What does 'HUNGER' and 'WORLD HUNGER' mean?

Hunger has three meanings (Oxford English Dictionary 1971) :

• The uneasy or painful sensation caused by want of food; craving appetite. Also the exhausted condition caused by want of food. 
• The want or scarcity of food in the country. 
• A strong desire of craving.

World Hunger refers to second definition, aggregated to the world level. 

What are the causes of  WORLD HUNGER?

1. Political conditions

War is a political cause for hunger. War slows or stop food production and marketing. Food supplies are often taken and used for soldiers during war, crop cycles are interrupted, seeds, and livestock are consumed in desperation,  and children suffer lasting health damage as a result of insufficient food. Even if fighting never occurs, heavy military spending takes away from food production, education, and health care.

2. Economic conditions

Most of people who are hungry do not have enough money to purchase the food they need. The poorest, and most food-insecure people live in Africa, while the largest number of continually undernourished people live in the Asia-Pacific region. Hunger is also especially in South Asia, where growing poverty, debt, economic decline, poor terms of trade, fast population growth, unfavorable weather, war, and government collapse have all contribute to the continent's food problems. In the United States, the share of the population facing hunger has risen because of poor economic conditions. But, hunger in wealthy nations is not severe, or widespread as in developing countries.

3. Environmental Condition

Fresh water, land, forest, and fisheries are being used so much that they are losing their resources. In trying to use the environmental resources, poor, and hungry people, lacking economic and political power, have become more affected by hunger. This is true especially in countries where property ownership is not fair, and poor families are forced to move onto unstable land, and to overcrowded city.

It is easy anyway....Take action!

1. Influence Public policy to support poor people

    

2. Contribute financially to reducing hunger and poverty

3. Work directly with poor people

As Malaysian, we should be grateful as we have plenty of food to eat. Remember, while you are throwing away an unconsumed food everyday, there are people outside there which are lacking of food. We should thanks to God for the blessing He gave us!
